To help the incarcerated re-enter society, they need a solid understanding of the authority of Scripture, who God is, and what He has accomplished for humanity in the person and work in Christ.
Our goal is to come alongside incarcerated individuals, bearing their burdens together, and:
Crossroads has sent 1,500 Bibles to prisoners, distributed 144 supply backpacks to incarcerated individuals re-entering society, and currently disciples 50 prisoners in North Carolina.
Crossroads was founded by Amber Douthitt in 2019. Saved by faith, she was compelled to immediately share the gospel with her brother who was in prison at the time. Many others inside those prison walls heard her story and wanted to learn more. Amber's heart to serve the Lord led to her desire to begin a ministry reaching incarcerated individuals with the love of Christ.
